Jul 24 (UPI) -- Disney+ has announced that it is working on a sequel to Marvel's Daredevil comic series.
"We're trying (and failing) to keep our cool! Daredevil: Born Again is coming to #DisneyPlus in Spring 2024, with Charlie Cox and Vincent Donofrio returning!" The livestream service tweeted on Saturday.
They will reprise the superhero blind lawyer Matt Murdock/Daredevil and the villain Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, two roles from the Netflix series Daredevil, which ran for three seasons and ended in 2018.
Cox last appeared as a superhero in the hit 2021 movie Spider-Man: No Way Home, and D'Onofrio played crime boss Kingpin in the Disney + Hawkeye series.
Media reported earlier this month that the characters will also appear in the Hawkeye spinoff Echo.
