4. Distance from neighbors: some value personal privacy and therefore need to see the property, which is a big difference, from their neighbors, while others care - much less -! Is there a large distance to provide privacy or some kind of obstacle (eg bushes etc.)?

5. Facade/Side - Yard/Back: In many communities, facade is a major factor/consideration in terms of property taxes! What balance are you looking for, between front yard, front yard, back street, usable side yard and back (the back of the house?) Because we are all different, with different tastes, needs and requirements, make sure you plan the property to suit your needs, personality, etc.!)


6. Land condition: Evaluate the land condition of the property! How much does it cost to bring it - where do you want to go? Will landscape renovations be urgent, expensive, or necessary? What is the general condition and what may need immediate attention?
